1. No Return Policy

All snack orders once delivered cannot be returned, as we cannot restock or resell edible items due to hygiene and food safety standards.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at korichuko2025@gmail.com with your Order ID, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue.
  • After verification, we'll send a replacement or refund as applicable.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are approved only for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, or in case of non-delivery.
  • Refunds are not applicable for taste preferences, courier delays, or incomplete delivery details from customers.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • We'll notify you via email or SMS once your refund is initiated.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they haven't been processed or shipped.
  • Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.
